ALGEMENE VOORWAARDEN<\/span><\/h1>

Bij aankoop bevestig je dat je de legale leeftijd hebt om alcohol te kopen volgens de regels van je land.<\/span><\/p>

1. RETOURBELEID<\/strong><\/h3>

Alvorens artikelen te retourneren, neemt u contact op met atelierbrumont.be.<\/span><\/p>

U kunt artikelen binnen 14 dagen na levering terugsturen. Het product moet in nieuwe staat verkeren. Indien het product beschadigd of gebruikt is, zal er geen terugbetaling volgen. Controleer dat u uw contactgegevens bij de retour heeft gevoegd en vermeld indien mogelijk een trackingnummer en een korte beschrijving van uw probleem.<\/span><\/p>

atelierbrumont.be raadt aan om een ontvangstbewijs en verpakkings-ID voor de retour van de pakjesdienst te verlangen, omdat het de opvolging van de retourzending indien nodig vergemakkelijkt. atelierbrumont.be zal de retours die in aanmerking komen, terugbetalen. Indien u per factuur betaalde, hebben we een bankrekeningnummer nodig waarop we het geld kunnen terugstorten. Dit kunt u het gemakkelijkst via e-mail aan ons communiceren.<\/span><\/p>

1.2 NIET RETOURNEERBARE GOEDEREN<\/span><\/p>

Verschillende types goederen zijn van terugzending uitgesloten. Goederen met een beperkte houdbaarheid zoals voeding, bloemen, kranten of tijdschriften kunnen niet worden teruggezonden. We aanvaarden ook geen producten die intiem zijn of van sanitaire aard, gevaarlijke materialen, of ontvlambare producten of gassen. Andere niet retourneerbare goederen zijn: cadeauvouchers, downloadbare software, bepaalde gezondheids- en verzorgingsartikelen.<\/span><\/p>

1.3 VERZENDING<\/span><\/p>

Om uw producten terug te kunnen zenden, heeft u een ontvangst- of aankoopbewijs nodig. U moet uw product sturen naar: atelierbrumont.be, Veulen, 3870, Nieuwe Steenweg 145, Belgi\u00eb<\/span><\/p>

U bent verantwoordelijk voor de betaling van uw eigen verzendingskosten voor de retour van uw artikel. Verzendingskosten worden niet terugbetaald. Afhankelijk van uw woonplaats kan de bezorgingstijd van uw uitgewisseld product vari\u00ebren.<\/span><\/p>

Indien u een artikel van meer dan 75 euro terugzendt, moet u overwegen een traceerbare leveringsdienst te gebruiken of een transportverzekering te kopen. Wij garanderen niet dat we uw geretourneerd artikel zullen ontvangen.<\/span><\/p>

2. TERUGBETALINGSBELEID<\/h3>

Ons aanbod blijft 14 dagen geldig. Indien er 14 dagen verstreken zijn sinds uw aankoop kunnen wij u jammer genoeg geen terugbetaling of ruil aanbieden. Om voor een retour in aanmerking te komen, moet een artikel ongebruikt zijn en zich in de staat bevinden waarin u het ontving. Het moet ook in de originele verpakking zitten.<\/span><\/p>

2.1 TERUGBETALING<\/span><\/p>

Zodra uw retour is ontvangen en ge\u00efnspecteerd, sturen we u een e-mail om u van de ontvangst van uw artikel op de hoogte te brengen. We informeren u ook over de goedkeuring of afwijzing van uw terugbetaling.<\/span><\/p>

Indien goedgekeurd, zal de terugbetaling worden verwerkt.<\/span><\/p>

2.2 GEDEELTELIJKE TERUGBETALING<\/span><\/p>

Er zijn bepaalde situaties waarin slechts een gedeeltelijke terugbetaling wordt toegekend. Elk artikel dat niet langer door ons toedoen in de originele staat verkeert of beschadigd is, of waarvan er onderdelen ontbreken.<\/span><\/p>

2.3 LAATTIJDIGE OF ONTBREKENDE TERUGBETALINGEN<\/span><\/p>

Indien u nog geen terugbetaling heeft ontvangen, gelieve eerst uw bankrekening opnieuw na te kijken. Neem dan contact op met uw creditcardmaatschapij. Het kan een tijdje duren vooraleer uw terugbetaling officieel is geboekt. Wanneer u dit alles heeft gedaan en u nog steeds geen terugbetaling heeft ontvangen, neem dan contact met ons op via: info@atelierbrumont.be<\/span><\/p>

2.4 AFGEPRIJSDE ARTIKELEN<\/span><\/p>

Alleen normaal geprijsde artikelen komen voor terugbetaling in aanmerking. Afgeprijsde artikelen kunnen we jammer genoeg niet terugbetalen.<\/span><\/p>

2.5 RUILEN<\/span><\/p>

We ruilen alleen artikelen indien ze defect of beschadigd zijn. Indien u het artikel door eenzelfde product wilt vervangen, stuur ons dan een e-mail op info@atelierbrumont.be en stuur uw artikel naar: atelierbrumont.be, Veulen, 3870, Nieuwe Steenweg 145, Belgi\u00eb<\/span><\/p>

3. PRIVACYBELEID<\/h3>

3.1 WAT DOEN WE MET UW GEGEVENS?<\/span><\/p>

Wanneer u iets in onze winkel koopt, als onderdeel van het aankoop- en verkoopproces, verzamelen we de persoonsgegevens die u ons verstrekt, zoals uw naam, adres en e-mailadres.<\/span><\/p>

1. RETURN POLICY<\/h3>

Before returning items, please contact us at atelierbrumont.be.<\/span><\/p>

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is damaged or used, no refund will be given. Be sure to include your contact details with the return and, if possible, provide a tracking number and a brief description of the issue.<\/span><\/p>

atelierbrumont.be recommends requesting a receipt and package ID from your postal carrier, as this helps track the return shipment if needed. Returns that meet the conditions will be refunded. If you paid by invoice, we need your bank account number to issue the refund. You can most easily share this with us via email.<\/span><\/p>

1.2 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS<\/span><\/p>

Certain types of goods are excluded from return. Items with limited shelf life such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Other non-returnable goods include: gift cards, downloadable software, certain health and personal care items.<\/span><\/p>

2. REFUND POLICY<\/h3>

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/span><\/p>
